The above video capture is from 12/30/09 at the US Bank ATM in East Cleveland. The subject is attempting to make a withdrawal using a debit card that had been in a safe, which was taken during a B&E at Mont Granite in Solon on 12/30/09. On 5/19/08, this male entered DiBella's Old Fashion Subs and purchased a sandwich. After paying for the sandwich and before the cashier could close the drawer, the male asked if they could change a $50.00 bill which they did. The bill was later found to be counterfeit.
