Rubbish Pickup Schedule for the Holidays 2008

Please be notified that the City of Solon Service Department will be closed on the following days to observe certain holidays.  If your normal rubbish day falls on one of the holidays in 2008, your rubbish will be picked up on the following days:

Memorial Day, (Monday, May 26, 2007)  -  Rubbish will be picked up on Tuesday, May 27, 2008.

Fourth of July, (Friday, July 4, 2008)  -  Rubbish will be picked up on Monday, July 7, 2007.

Labor Day, (Monday, September 1, 2008)  -  Rubbish will be picked up on Tuesday, September 2, 2007.

Thanksgiving Day and the day after, (Thursday, November 27th and Friday, November 28, 2008)  -  Rubbish will be picked up on Wednesday, November 26, 2008 for the Thursday holiday and it will be picked up on Monday, December 1, 2008 for the Friday holiday).

Christmas Day, (Thursday, December 25, 2007)  -  Rubbish will be picked up on Friday, December 26, 2008.
