2021 PERFORMANCE 

Solon Symphony proudly presents Disney Classics and more!  A family-friendly concert for all.  Solon Symphony, conducted by Laura Joss, operates under Solon Center for the Arts and is comprised of musicians from Solon and the surrounding communities.

Sunday, August 1 | 5pm | Solon Community Park

Masks are required as you arrive, as you move about the grounds, and as you exit.  All attendees must abide by proper social distancing protocols.  Concert attendees should monitor their own symptoms and should stay home if not feeling well.

Park opens at 4:30pm.  Bring your own lawn chairs.

Solon Symphony firmly believes in the significance and power of music to inspire community, build connections, and serve as a catalyst for the growth and development of people in many ways.  Operating under the Solon Center for the Arts authority allows us to provide an outlet for the musical talents of people who reside in Solon and surrounding communities.  Our performances are affordable opportunities intended for the families in our community, so all ages are welcome to hear orchestral music.  Solon Symphony desires to provide diverse educational experiences for children and adults that builds and supports the appreciation of music with all generations.  Our concert programs strive to enrich and transform lives through music and community engagement.

Positions are open to all standard orchestral instruments, including strings, woodwinds, brass, and percussion. Instrumentalists of all skill levels are encouraged to join!
