Issue 72 -- Proposed Ordinance -- City of Solon
A majority affirmative vote is necessary for passage.
Shall the ordinance amending Section 891.01 of the Codified Ordinances of the City of Solon to expand the purposes for the use of the City's income tax beginning January 1, 2024 to include providing funds for the construction, replacement and/or repair of various capital improvements including but not limited to water facilities, with necessary appurtenances, streets and roadways throughout the municipality with necessary appurtenances, storm and sanitary sewer systems with necessary appurtenances, parks and recreational facilities with necessary appurtenances, and municipal buildings with necessary appurtenances, and paying debt charges on securities and other obligations of the City related to the City's use of the income tax as provided for in Section 891.01, be approved?
A majority affirmative vote throughout the City and in Ward 5 is necessary for passage.
Shall the Zoning Map of the City of Solon be amended to change the zoning classification of PP# 951-04-006, comprising approximately 2.04 acres located at 5045 Brainard Road, from the current multi-zoning of C-3 (Commercial) and R-1-D (Single Family Residential) Zoning District to only R-1-D (Single Family Residential) Zoning District?
A majority affirmative vote throughout the City and in Ward 5 is necessary for passage.
Shall the Zoning Map of the City of Solon be amended to change the zoning classification of PP#s 951-26-004 and 951-26-006, comprising approximately 3.14 acres located at 5900 and 5910 Harper Road, from the current O-2 (Office Park) Zoning District to C-4 (Motorist Service Commercial) Zoning District?
