Now that the pavement area has been widened and the asphalt leveling course installed, the contractor will be
completing curbs, catch basin, manhole and water valve casting adjustments and temporary traffic signal work in
preparation for paving on Saturday night October 19th. If weather and temperatures require the pave may be performed Friday and Saturday daytime October 18th and 19th.
|Limits:||Project will include replacement of all storm and sanitary sewers and existing concrete
pavement will be replaced with curb and gutter and asphalt pavement.

|Update:||The contractor has completed the sanitary sewer main installation and is presently installing the storm
sewer main and some house connections. The contractor's schedule has been accelerated to work 6
10 hour days each week with the expectation of substantially completing the project by November 23.
|Limits:||Asphalt resurfacing at various locations throughout the city. Residential streets planned for resurfacing include:
Neptune Drive, Stillwater Lane, Timberlane Drive (Liberty to Solon Road), Flanders Drive (Dorset Lane to
Cummings Court), Emerald Ridge, Old South Miles Road, Erico Drive, Solon Road, Briarwood Lane and
Other heavier traveled main and collector streets include a portion on Solon Road (Richmond Road to
Metro Park), Portz Parkway and Cannon Road from Richmond Road to Harper Road.

|Update:||Cressmont, Emerald Ridge, Erico, Flanders (Dorset to Cummings Court), Meadow & Park Lanes, Neptune,
Old South Miles, Portz Parkway, Stillwater, Timberlane and Solon Road (Richmond to Hawthorn) have had the
asphalt surface milled off, pavement base repairs completed, chip seal pre-seal and asphalt leveling course
installed. Curb repairs, catch basin repairs and adjustments of manhole castings and valve boxes are being
performed in preparation for asphalt resurfacing within the next two weeks. Briarwood has been completed.
|Limits:||The work includes the removal and replacement of exterior masonry of the natatorium of the Community Center
along with miscellaneous brick and mortar repair.

|Update:||The contractor completed the demolition of the fascia on the building and construction of the mock-up to show
proposed new materials. They are currently reconstructing the wall with structural sheathing and stone.
|Limits:||Planing the asphalt intermediate and surface course on SOM Center road from just south of the US 422
eastbound off ramp to the railroad bridge with partial depth and full depth repairs and other related items such
as inlets, curbing, sidewalks, concrete median and resetting of brick pavers.

|Update:||Leveling course of asphalt has been installed. The contractor will begin reconstructing catch basins, repairing curbs
and sidewalks and adjusting manhole and valve box castings in the roadway in preparation for paving at the end
of the month.
|Limits:||Replacement of the existing sanitary sewer system between the cul-de-sac of Bunker Hill Drive and the cul-de-sac
of Independence Court including concrete pavement, sidewalks and manholes.
|Start Date:||September 23, 2019|
|December 15, 2019|
|Update:||Sewer work is being completed. Beginning Monday, October 14th, concrete will be replaced at the back end of
both cul-de-sacs. Due to the time required to prepare, pour and cure the concrete at each location, both locations
should be expected to be closed for most of the week and considered dead end streets.
