The Purchasing Division of the Finance Department works with all City Departments in the procurement of quality services and products in an efficient and most cost effective manner.

The Purchasing Division also assists all City Departments in the preparation of bid documents, ensure all bid/proposals are treated equally and fair in accordance to the law, maintain essential financial files, preparation of all City purchase orders, maintain the City's office supply inventory, negotiate professional services and promote positive supplier/vendor relationships with courtesy.
