2023 Rental Rates

  
Thank you for considering Grantwood for your next event. 
 
Grantwood is a perfect gathering spot for intimate groups of 30 or larger groups up to 120. Whatever your requirement whether it be business or pleasure the staff at Grantwood will be happy to meet your needs. $300 deposit will be required to reserve dates. This fee is refundable if facility is left in acceptable condition as deemed by Grantwood Management. 
   


All Day Rental 

 Grantwood will provide tables and chairs set to your specification.
 
 Cost: 
  •  
  • Hall Rental: $900 (bring your own Wine & Liquor)
  •  
  • Hall Monitors: $30 per hour
  •  
  • $300 Deposit required to hold date 
  •  
  • Deposits is non-refundable if booking cancelled unless the hall is re-booked 
  •  
  • Deposit is refundable if hall is left in acceptable condition as deemed by management...See Agreement 
 

 

Afternoon Special 


 Costs: $300, Between the hours of 9 -5
 
 Grantwood will provide tables and chairs set to your specification.

  • $300 Deposit required to hold date 
  •  
  • $95 an hour for any party exceeding the rental time, until 6 pm 
  •  
  • Deposit is non-refundable if booking cancelled unless the hall is re-booked 
  •  
  • Deposit is refundable if hall is left in acceptable condition as deemed by management...See Agreement 

Group meetings
Monday - Thursday 

Costs: $85 per hour (Grantwood will provide table and chairs as well as a microphone and podium). $30 an hour hall monitor fee
