The pavilion is a perfect outdoor venue for groups of 50-200 people. The new state of the art facility has both outdoor and indoor lighting. We have electrical outlets on every pole to make entertaining easy. Ceiling fans help circulate air on hot summer days although the location adjacent to hole #9 makes it easy to soak in the summer breezes. The pavilion has picnic tables seating 8 comfortably. We have drop down canvas sides to make the pavilion more comfortable in case of inclement weather. A covered awning over the preparation area makes barbecuing comfortable and convenient on sunny or rainy days. Three 6 foot tables’ makes serving easy. The pavilion is available for All Day Rentals.
Weekday Non-Profit Pavilion: $200 (Must provide documented proof of 501c)
Weekend Non-Profit Pavilion: $250 (Must provide documented proof of 501c)
All day use Pavilion: $300
$100 Deposit Required to reserve date
$75 Facility Fee (Renters responsibility for basic facility cleanup, refundable if facility is in acceptable condition as deemed by Grantwood Management)
