Strength and Balance will assist you in:
-Decreasing your risk and fear of falling
-Maintaining or improve your ability to do everyday activities such as getting out of a chair or climbing stairs
-Improving your overall strength and balance through a series of light weight exercises, tai-chi, stretching and balance exercises.
