Attention: City of Solon residential and commercial sewer customers.
The City of Solon will continue to bill customers for sewer usage on a
quarterly basis. The unit rate (Mcf) and administrative charge have
remained unchanged for 2017. The City bases the sewer billing charge
on water usage for the quarterly period. The water usage data used to
prepare quarterly billing statements is provided by the Cleveland
Division of Water. We understand that Cleveland Water has implemented
monthly billing for water usage but the City of Solon will continue to
bill customers on a quarterly basis for sewer service as it has done in
