2018 Property Reappraisal Information
Every six years the Cuyahoga County Fiscal Officer is legally required to reappraise all real property in Cuyahoga County. The reappraisal occurred between July 2017 and May 2018 and is now complete. Every residential and commercial property in Cuyahoga County, including the City of Solon, was physically viewed and appraised by the County. The updated appraisal values will serve as the basis for determining the property taxes assessed to each property for the purposes of funding local school district, city and county governments beginning in 2019.
