The City of Solon is considering the creation of a new MPD-A (Mixed Use Planning District) and implementing the zone for the following permanent parcels currently located in the C-3 and C-4 Commercial Zoning Districts: 954-02-001, 954-02-002, 954-02-003, 954-02-004, 954-02-005, 954-02-006, 954-02-007, 954-02-008, 954-02-013, 954-02-035, 954-02-071, 954-02-072, 954-02-073, 954-02-074, 954-02-075, 954-02-076, 954-02-088, 954-02-089, 954-02-090, 954-02-091, 954-02-174.
Although the Planning Commission has recently held public hearings regarding a request to rezone permanent parcels 954-02-035, 954-02-088 and 954-02-089, the property to be rezoned has been revised to add the additional parcels in accordance with the City of Solon Master Plan.
The Solon Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on June 25, 2019, at 7:30 P.M. at Solon City Hall, 34200 Bainbridge Road, to consider the revised rezoning.
